Georgetown County Family Court Docket
The Georgetown County Family Court has exclusive jurisdiction over domestic disputes, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, annulment, name change, and domestic violence cases. Some Family Court cases in Georgetown County are confidential. Adoptions, abuse and neglect matters, termination of parental rights, and juvenile cases for minors under age 17 are sealed.
