The Honorable Angie M. Bryant serves as York County Clerk of Court and Register of Deeds. She was appointed by Governor Henry McMaster in July 2023 and is the first female Clerk of Court in the history of York County. Clerk Bryant has authority over three separate courthouses: the Historical Courthouse in York, the Joseph R. Moss Justice Center, and the York County Family Court Courthouse. She oversees 65 employees located in five locations across York County and serves as Register of Deeds, recording nearly 60,000 documents annually with land records dating back to the 1700s. The Passport Acceptance Facility under her oversight processes more than 14,000 applications annually.
