The Honorable Elizabeth (Beth) Folk serves as Newberry County Clerk of Court. She was elected in November 2016 and took office on January 1, 2017. Clerk Folk has served Newberry County for over 45 years, having started in the Clerk of Court's office in October 1977. She has worked in all areas of the office, including Real Estate, Common Pleas, General Sessions, and Family Court. She became Deputy Clerk in 1989 under Mrs. Jackie S. Bowers before winning election as Clerk of Court.
